Honorary Members

It has been recently decided by the IOS UK executive committee and ratified by the AGM at Liverpool, that a new category of Honorary Membership is to be created, principally to honour those eminent orthopaedic surgeons either of Indian or British Origin, with a proven track record in their commitment to fostering of ties between Indian and British Orthopaedics, their involvement in teaching and training and their general support of Orthopaedic Surgeons of Indian origin training or working in UK.

The benefits of this honour includes honorary membership for life, notification of all the IOS UK activities, invitation from time to time, to teach or help with academic activities organised by IOS UK

The first tranche of invitations went out in summer 2008 and the following individuals have graciously accepted our invitation to become honorary life members of IOS UK.
